Some big questions are not asked:
- what sort of responses to an emergency are provided?
- do you need any automatic monitoring, like flood alarm, blood pressure, falls monitor?
- have you considered what service your local authority provides?
- can you get your local authority or health service to pay for it?
- can it be used to contact friends and family?
- can it provide video conversations?
But you could write a book about it.
