The iPad

This article in the UK’s Daily Mail newspaper, the full title of which is The iPad: A highly technological granny flat for your digital old age doesn’t quite get it right. It implies that 2028 and 2048 are dates by which many of the telecare devices that exist today will be available. Now, if they were talking about general adoption of the technology, and you extrapolate the current rate of council-driven progress, that might be about right.
