Welsh strategy for social services flags up important role for telecare

A draft strategy for social services in Wales launched yesterday by Health and Social Services Minister Dr Brian Gibbons, will promote independence and well being. “By, for example, using new technology, Telecare, they are able to manage risk and provide a less intrusive, more responsive style of care.”
