Sweden’s Attendo sold by Bridgepoint

Bridgepoint, the equity company that owns Tunstall, and previously Attendo (the UK part of which they sold on before buying Tunstall) has now sold its remaining interest in Attendo’s monitoring company, based in Sweden, to Industri Kapital. The latter, a UK-based, European-oriented investment company has €4bn in 24 companies. It focuses on mid-sized companies with strong cash flow and profit improvement potential. Story from AltAssets.
